Memberships

To complete membership, you will add your dog(s) to your "family profile" as member just like a person. You'll then select your pet as the household member getting the membership. DO NOT select your name ~ Membership should only be in your dog(s) name.

A membership is good for up to 3 dogs per household. Membership runs Jan. 1st through Dec. 31st.

Rates:
Full Year - $30.00 - Jan. - Dec. Per Household
(anyone wishing to register in Nov. & Dec. will be for the remainder of current year and all of next year)

Partial Year - $20.00 - Aug. - Dec. sign ups will be for the remainder of current year

Dogs must be at least 4 months old and required to be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.

REMEMBER to select your pet NOT your name!
Membership requests can take up to two (2) business days to be verified; requests received over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Once verified, you will be contacted via phone or email with current code.

If you are unable to upload a Certificate of Vaccination, please email (tsalyer@nappanee.org), send (300 W. Lincoln St.) or fax (574-773-5878) into the Park Office. Certificate should show current vaccines for Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. You will be contacted once all documentation has been verified to receive the park code.
